Location

Located at an altitude that ranges from 3,200 feet at lake level to 3,700 feet at the top of the property, the climate in Apanas Lake Estates is perfect. Average daily temperatures range from 65 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. During much of the year, it is cool enough to wear a sweater at night.

The nearest town, Jinotega, is 8 miles away. It has its own flavor, a beautiful plaza and cathedral, as well as, all the necessities: grocery stores, restaurants, banks, the post office, a hospital, or night out on the town.
