Property Management & Rentals

 

The association will hire a local property management company to run & manage Salinas Beach Club. In addition this management company will have exclusive rights to list all property re-sales and rentals as well as maintaining individual properties for the different absentee owners for a fee.


 
Foreigner's Incentives In Nicaragua
The Nicaraguan government has granted foreigners a bundle of incentives known as the “Investment Acts Degree No. 628” which authorizes entry into Nicaragua to foreigners under the category of “resident pensioners” or “individuals living on investments” which grants residency to persons over 45 years of age who can prove a stable and permanent monthly income of no less than $400.00 (or it’s equivalent in any other currency) generated abroad.
